Operation Guide for Non - metal Sludge Scraper

Time : 2025-05-05

Lubricate Components:

Inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil and grease into all drive structures, reducers, drive chains, rolling bearings, and moving parts to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment.

Power Supply Check:

After connecting the power supply, carefully check whether the rotation directions of the drive mechanisms are consistent and whether the wiring meets the standard requirements. If any errors are found, adjustments should be made immediately to avoid equipment failures.

Clean the Tank:

Thoroughly remove the construction waste and debris in the sedimentation tank to create a favorable environment for the operation of the sludge scraper.

Empty - Vehicle Debugging:

Before filling the sedimentation tank with water, make the sludge scraper run empty for multiple times to check whether the operation of the drive mechanism is normal.

Scraper Plate Check:

During the empty - vehicle operation, closely observe whether there is any collision between the scraper plate and the tank wall. According to the design requirements, the scraper plate usually needs to be kept within 50 - 100mm from the tank wall. After repeated test runs and confirmation of normal operation, water can be filled into the sedimentation tank.

Trial Run:

After the water in the tank reaches the designed water level, conduct a trial run. If the equipment runs smoothly, it can be determined that the sludge scraper can be put into normal operation.
